Y'all need to remember it is HIGH SCHOOL athletics. The goal is for the inclusion of any and all students interested in participating in sports that are specifically provided for them. So, out of all that want to participate, they have an opportunity to qualify for their culminating tournaments. This philosophy has nothing to do with who's best in the state. IF that is the interest, those wrestlers can participate in the off season programs where the competition is more elite. And then you can go to national and get it handed to them like last year.
