That is not the goal of the program. The program's goal is to win state championships. Need kids to do that, after that, unfortunately, don't need 'em. The ones who have parents have higher goals, they take care of that part. Unfortunately, in that town, not a lot of parents know how to access it, they believe their talent is all they need to open doors. They need to be more well rounded than that and they don't have the coaches that will help them understand that or may believe the same thing.
