The reason why he had to teach classes and be HC was because the HC job did not pay enough to cover one livable salary. You should take time to look up what the head coaches make at CCC. He was not living "plush". The job he took was to replace Mike Kosoy the volunteer assistant, who got a great job in his field of study. OSU tried to get Josh last year but it didnt' work out and Kosoy worked his job and stayed on doing double duty this year. The volunteer assistant is a paid job but not through the university budget. He did not get fired, get demoted and have to now volunteer. Your claims about the situation are very off-base - most likely because you had a bad experience and don't like him.
