Josh has been a straight shooter with my son and the team.
I wish Josh nothing but the best at OSU. My guess is that he needs D-1 experience to get a job as a D-1 coach somewhere. Josh does a great job of recruiting. But, lets be honest about community college. Most of the kids that he recruits are capable of going D-1, except they do not have the grades or they failed out of a D-1 program. Josh recruits, and the helps them get ready for the future.
Josh does an incredible job of making sure these kids have their grades up and assignments in. They meet weekly with a tutor, and have a check-up to make sure their grades are up. If seeing kids graduate from college show his true colors, those are great colors to have. No one is perfect, but he seems to be doing his best.
