I'm not a fan of Josh and that was due to an instance he showed his true colors in front of parents, other coaches and wrestlers at a meet I was at a while back. Josh had success at CCC, that is obvious and lets get that out of the way. I did hear directly of some issues going through the admin regarding him through a CCC dad. I am not saying this is why he left but it raises questions...why you ask, let me explain. Josh was a teacher and HC at CCC, hence having earnings from both. In his new position as Volunteer Assistant, he is not a paid coach. OSU is allowed 3 paid coaching positions and all 3 coaches are still there. Catching my drift? He leaves a plush job with huge success to make no salary as a volunteer, I don't think so. The lesson here is I have stated facts, not bashed anyone, but opened the discussion that takes some thought.
