I believe it was InterMat or Wrestling Insider that had GC at #10 in season tournament in 2020. While Tri-State was once the toughest tournament in the Northwest it has not been for some time, nor is Rollie Lane. Ironically, I have personally helped many tournaments in the area bring teams in for them, including Tri-state, to help build their events back up. 10 years ago the same anonymous posters said the idea of GC would never work. 10 years later they are still pissed and we couldn't be stronger. More corporate sponsorships, best possible venue, nationally ranked teams/wrestlers and college coaches coming every year to recruit. We deliver on being the best tournament in the Northwest. What have you done for Washington wrestling besides come on a message board anonymously? Seriously? You giving scholarships out to WA wrestlers? We are. You giving funds to Highline or to Officials Associations? We are. If Gut Check is so shitty why don't you put together an event and we'll all judge your efforts, but first you have to put your name on the post. Big tough guys all over the message board it's amazing. DaveG should have an annual biggest tough guy award for anonymous posters on the message board at this point.
