Trying to do this as a youth event will fail, won’t get the backing just like it did last year. As a HS event it is a good event, not sure I’d classify it as a Top 10 but good yes.

All I was saying is it takes 5 minutes to sanction with USAW as you declared this event was… Now you haven’t done it because as you mention you are seeking financial support from any organization willing to assist. Rules of this board l, free advertising if it’s USAW not sure it is if it’s another organization? Doubtful any organization will sponsor this event due to timing, just saying it will fail again as a Youth summer event. (Never said as a HS event)

Many assets from WA are out of state not sure how to address that one, Western State ends the 25th but your goal is to do this event Monday June 27-29… even if people were home odds are they work, another reason it will fail with lack of participation. Just saying location and timing are key to a successful event, this summer event isn’t good timing in my opinion. Thank you for going forward and trying but really you should try to keep it as one of the best HS Events in WA and maybe the Sunday after do a youth event… build on the name awareness in January
