Jaime is an excellent coach. From what I've heard was he was actually wanting last year (2021) to be his final year but stuck it out one more year to help find a new coach and leave program in good hands. He is wanting to back off and be a dad which is respectable!!

The 2021 year I think they had a legit shot at the team title.

There are a ton of great candidates and I'm sure he'll be around helping out from time to time the way Seibol was with him.
