I know being a director can be a full time job, in top of your full time job, famiky, and other activities. So thank you. This is a great start, and now we have something to work with. Can we do more? 100% we can! But I also believe in anything done right takes time, and planning. What do you see, as a director, being the biggest hurdle to grow Womens wrestling in our state? I don’t so much mean growing numbers, I mean giving the girls opportunities to showcase their talents? What’s keeping Team Washington Girls from doing more tournaments and traveling as a “State” team? I feel like we have great numbers, but the girls don’t have the opportunities.
