·       Committed to wrestling being a potential conduit to higher education
·       Be active and involved in our youth program (club, freestyle, Fargo, etc.)
·       NCAA D1 experience
·       Sound coaching/wrestling technique
·       Possess the ability to demonstrate and communicate detailed wrestling technique
·       Utmost desire to take our program to a new level
·       Fundraising
