This was an opportunity for us to compete with some pretty good other teams. It is really disappointing to see that we weren't involved in the duals. Maybe the "best team" wasn't available for this competition, but their should be levels of athletes and relationships built to get a team in place to compete. Again, and this has been said before numerous times on this site and across girls wrestling. It doesn't seem that their is ANY interest in developing athletes, it seems that the strategy is to ride the best ones until they are gone. Wipe the slate clean and do what's best for girls wrestling in Washington state.
