It seems to me, and just my opinion, that Region 4 is strong an has a lot of returning kids that could do well again. Is there any more up an comers that we should keep an eye on? Those GSL teams just keep adding more. Where do they get them? I know for a fact there is yet another Acosta an Quintanilla to be brought in the mix.
