We routinely had 2 duals and a tournament every week. The kids get home from a dual no earlier than 9, tournaments are all day.
It's difficult for the kids to eat well when they are weighing every other day...I'm not even talking massive cuts or anything, just the fact that hydration and a full stomach swing weight so much.
Shifting ALL sports seasons later seems reasonable. 1st semester JUST ended,and the second sports season is really over.
Push fall sports start dates to September (when school starts), winter AT LEAST the until December and allow spring sports to continue into June instead of ending in May.
I have no idea how someone has lost zero over 5 years. Our girls routinely lose about 4 girls, whether they start with 10 or 20. I think over half the boys' team dropped this year.
