With return to in-person learning, any team member can be exposed to and anonymously reported as a "close contact", to any other student that tests positive to Covid.
The school nurse in conjunction with the Department of Health will trace all students exposed to ANY & ALL students with a positive covid test. Some nurses, at some schools, are very eager to spread a wide net.
According to the State DOH, the Covid positive person must quarantine for 10 days, the "exposed" student, 14 days. No independent PCR test can reverse the decision (according to the DOH).
