If I read Mr Rogers post correctly he is saying that he didn’t wrestle in Washington because the season is to late and his kid would miss free/Greco season. So his kid is wrestling in Idaho . So did you buy a house there? That is the requirement, it is against IHSAA rules to move for sports. You cannot rent or use another’s address. If you do you lose a season of varsity athletics. Unless you have a hardship.
