The facilities are horrible and quite honestly Des Moines/Kent has got to be one of the most dangerous places in Washington to live. I applauded you for really caring about the program, but it just has so many things going agsinst it. The pay, location, facilities and other improvements would run into the millions. Sadly that will never happen.
