The college kids/young men may be getting an additional year of eligibility as well. I know back east it is very common to hold kids back a year. It will be interesting to see how this all shakes out...if it ever does. Let's just hope this doesn't continue and that it doesn't become the norm every time a republican is president and builds a thriving economy!
