Peugeot 207 1.6 HDi 2007 - One of the stop lights not working #

( Optional ) Engine Code or CC: 1.6hdi

Hi everyone I have a problem with this Peugeot one of the stop lights does’t work and there is only 8.5v on the wire the other two lights work well. It’s the left side and the wire is part os the loom anybody knows where it is connected to?

Hi

Auto data shows each wire directly wired back to body controller.

any fault codes ? if any try clearing them and would try a battery reset next.

Still having problems you will need to check outputs at BCM with circuit connected.

Hi Aidan I will check that is the BCM the BSI? And do you know where it is located?

Hi George

Yes, BCM (body control module) is a generic term, you are correct Peugeot call it BSI (body system interface i believe )

It will be built into the fuse box.

Where are you actually measuring the voltage ? At the bulb holder or on the body wiring.

I sure its tranlates from French to Built-in System,s interface.
