Jaguar / Land Rover - Digital Service Record (OSH) #

Does anyone have the information on registering for JLR digital service record system? I've looked round topix as I believe there should be a pdf on how to register for it but can't see anything.

hi below is email I received from LR when investigating this, it turned out to be a very easy process and Jessica was extremely helpful, its a while ago so possible she is not the current contact

We would like to inform you that to get access on OSH you need to go through validation process. Please find the below mentioned document for validation process.

Validation Process:

At Jaguar Land Rover UK, IMTs are validated using headed company paper.

Letters must include:

• Headed paper
• VAT no.
• TOPIx username
• Email address

Write to:
Jessica Mattler
Jaguar Land Rover
Maildrop G/33/13
Building 548
Banbury Road, Gaydon, CV35 0RR

Alternatively, you can send a scan of this letter to Jessica at jmattler@jaguarlandrover.com
