Hyundai i20 2009 - Are the radios VIN locked #

Year of Manufacture *: 2009

Long shot this. Radio is dead does anyone know if they are vin locked or can 2 nd hand be fitted?
If not does anyone know if the coded chip can be swopped to doner unit and which chip it is.

Kias aren't vin locked, so I'd presume Hyundai aren't. Fitting 2nd hand should be fine.
However, some Hyundai vehicles have CAN termination resistor in audio unit.
