Audi - Online service history #

Year of Manufacture *: 2011 on

Hi All,
I have just registered with erWIN to be able to update the service history on these cars. That's as far as I got! Do I need to make a payment first to be able to register a service? It appears they charge as you use, eg 1 hour, 1 day etc. I presume quite a few of you are using this system, a heads up on this would be great.

Yes you need to pay first. I pay for 1 hour. This gives you time to do the service history (very long ridiculous process) with time remaining to download self study programmes or TSBs etc.

Does anyone have problems when registering the VAT number as it keeps coming up not known

Hi John.

Yes, we had a bit of problem getting the vat number in. It has to be laid out a specific way with uk at the front,from what I can remember.
Was looking for an email there for you but must have deleted it but if you contact them direct they will keep you right, usually get back within the day.

Thanks for all your replies, I too had not been able to enter my vat no.I did actually make a one hour payment but couldn't work out where to go on the site to register the service. I managed to identify the car from the vin. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Phil, I sent you an email earlier today.

Alan, those videos are for using the ODIS platform to perform tasks, Phil is after the digital service record completion on erWin.

i.e the 'service stamp' as was.

First time trying out the service history tonight, but I couldn't find a service history? Is there a way to access this?

It's a 62 vw Tiguan. My dads car, he got a print out when he bought it but has lost it.

VW haven't moved onto online service records yet, they still use a conventional stamped service book.

Audi & Skoda are the only 2 x VAG brands currently requiring an online Digital Service Record from 2014.

That expalins why i was having no luck, will have to enquire why he wasnt supplied with a service book.
