Skoda Superb 1.9 2007 - No wipers or heater blower #

Year of Manufacture *: 2007 ( Optional ) Engine Code or CC: 1.9
Can run about. I have this at the workshop, it came in with no wipers or heater blower. It reports can errors on the comfort can, 01341 and 01336 in HVAC. 01336 in module 16, steering wheel and instruments. Central convenience reports no faults but if the orange brown and orange green can wires are scoped at the HIVAC or the convenience module under the passenger seat area, the trace is odd. It looks mirror image but does not start at the same point but about 4 volts apart. This does not alter no matter which module I unplug.(although I have yet to locate steering wheel module. Now the other thing that is throwing me at the moment is where ever I measure across the two convenience can wires I get open circuit, and I also note that with the ignition off I see a 10v dc signal on the orange/green wire. Not sure of the importance of that as the ignition is off, but would have thought the CAN would have been clear with ign off? Should this vehicle have 120 ohms at either end of the network? Im guessing one end is the Instruments 16, but the other end? Could I have both ends faulty

I may be wrong, but are those the VAN wires not CAN? Just had a quick look on AD (yes it's not always right) it only shows A/C but does indicate orange/black & orange/brown as CAN. Orange/green & orange/brown as VAN...

I believe the convenience bus on that vehicle is a low speed Com line that will not have a bridging resister (and therefore able to work in single wire mode)
Remember that the system works from a voltage differential perspective and therefore don't expect every vehicle to have the same base line voltage across all their networks, it can be anything they want it to be as long as the is a differential for the transmission of the data.

Do you have any faults logged for Terminal 75 or X contact in a full vehicle scan?
