Audi A5 2.0 2014 - Digital service record entry #

Year of Manufacture *: 2014
( Optional ) Engine Code or CC: 2.0

Hi, Tried to fill in digital service record for this car on Erwin

I got to the 3rd page where you tick what you have done and can print the table and there should be a create service record button at top of page to register service on the system but it was missing.

I was following online help page, has anyone seen this before?

Had a 2014 A6 in yesterday and tried again and option was still missing like i said to you Jon

Turns out i have registered my erwin account as a private individual and not a company, so now waiting on audi helpline to get back to me on why it keeps giving error messages when i try to enter my company/Vat details.

Thanks for ironing that out Bryan, I couldn't figure out why you were having the issues you were having.

Although they haven't exactly made it simple to use & have put hurdles in the way in the form of browser choice, pop up settings, anti virus etc....

Managed to do it just now after fixing my details on Erwin

Yeah it is a PITA to do is it all VAG range doing it or just Audi?

Wasn't sure which service to put through as, as vehicle was in yesterday but at least now i know the score.
