Year of Manufacture *: 2014
We did an oil change service for the above Audi A4 2014 year. We have managed to get our login and password but we cant see the area to reset the Digital Service Record. I'm no computer expert but we have An XP computer with Internet explorer 8 but it wont update to 9
And we have Windows Vista with Explorer 11 Dont know how to roll it back.
System requirements for the repair and maintenance information Adobe Acrobat Reader (for opening PDF documents) Operating system: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 7 Web browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 (other web browsers are not compatible)
You do have to use Internet Explorer, Mozilla & Chrome allow you through to the DSR page but then return a browser unsupported message preventing you from going any further.
I carried one of these out recently & there is a little bit of jumping through hoops, but off memory the DSR menu is in the vehicle specific information tab on the top right menu - pay your money, select this scroll to the very bottom of the page & click on the very small OK button & follow the on screen instructions for inputting the VIN and then select the relevant menus.
You need to print the completed service sheet to log the service on the system, after which you can print out the confirmation of service record for the service wallet.
