Year of Manufacture *: 2011 ( Optional ) Engine Code or CC: eng no sqr484fafal08944 1971cc
arrived unannounced over weekend with rac non starter there diagnosis faulty ignition coil.
Turns out this vehicle was supplied to owner in Australia when he lived there and he in my opinion foolishly imported here, biggest problem is lack of info has anybody any idea where to get hold of things like wiring diagrams pin out positions and component locations and types. up to now have only managed to enter OBD but no dtcs, but showing 200rpm on tacho when cranking. also batt volts supply side of coil but doesn't appear to be switching on either of other 2 terminals (tested with noid light, so don't think coil faulty. no description in handbook of what fuses supply but all are showing ok.owner says he drove to Tesco came out started engine engaged reverse then cut out since then no start, wondered if an inertia7 switch anywhere but cant see one.
please can anyone help

Hi Geoff. Have you tried contacting Chery themselves? www.cheryinternational.com Alternatively, a quick google, and in China they call it the Tiggo https://www.google.co.uk/?gws_rd=ssl#q=chery+tiggo+wiring+diagram Plenty to look through, but most look like a pay to use.

to ian baxter the bulletin described a wiring loom chafing on a protruding bolt under the lh front seat under carpet, this then blew fuse 23 stop lamps yes stop lamps. which then prevented engine start. ihad checked all fuses in car but didn't see under bonnet fuse box as it was under a closure panel at scuttle panel. Geoff.
