Citroen C4 Picasso 2009 - Rear brake caliper #

Year of Manufacture *: 2009

Happened to see one of these on a workshop ramp today,and there is a device fitted to the lower brake caliper (both sides) sliding bolt. They have no wires or hydraulics attached, so what are they and what do they do?

Are they round?
Anti-resonance weights maybe?????

Yes,they are round,but don't look heavy enough to be anti- resonance devices.Could be some kind of damper,I suppose.

They are low frequency dampers to stop brake noise.
