Fiat 500 1.4 2009 - Removing radiator #

Hi all and a happy new year.
Has anyone replaced a radiator.on the fiat 500 it looks like you have to remove the front bumper and splash gaurds. It will not
Lift out from the top like normal rads. Plus you have to drill out
A number of rivets .when I first looked at the car I thought it
Was just a matter of removing the slam panel so I removed
The 13m bolts and it's all part of the frame and it would not
Move.it looks like when you do get the bumper offyou then remove the rad through the gap at the front of the car.
Or if someone can correct me. Or is there anthere way

Removal of front bumper is the way to go.If I recall correctly it separates from the car quite easily,then radiator access is straightforward.

Thanks David. not a quick job. autodata give one and halve hour.
more like three hours.
