Peugeot 206 cc 2004 - Airbag fault #

Year of Manufacture *: 2004

Hi. Have an airbag fault with this vehicle
Sometimes the light goes off but more often than not it stays on and also brings on passenger bag light.
I'm getting a fault codes on the kts, f40 can data bus comm error,
062 airbag warnig lamp and 06f airbag passenger airbag deactivated..
Also I have notice sometimes during starting the central lock goes and now and again it will flash up engine immo fault although the car starts ok

does kts give you live air bag data? if so what is the resistance of each unit?

i would agree with darren check the battery had similar case this week

Hi Alan
Have you checked the spare wheel well for water ?
had one with similar problems and this was the cause as one of the modules was in the well.

Hello
Read BSI faults if there words to the effect of CAN high or CAN low or data bus A or B short and or open circuit you almost definitely have a broken/corroded CAN wire . At a guess between underbonnet fuse box and bsi
Drop BSI down an "scope" CAN bus there. I will have pin data if you havnt got it.
