Saab 9-3 2006 - Drivers window fault #

Year of Manufacture *: 2006
( Optional ) Engine Code or CC: 2000cc Petrol

I have a customer with the above and suspect the drivers window switch to be at fault as the window will only go down, not up. Looking at changing the switch which I believe is the door module.
Does anyone know if these are interchangeable or need programming and if so what tool apart from Tech2 will carry out this task as I can't find it listed on any of my equipment ?

I am only aware of Tech 2 being able to do these although Vaux-com does do some Saab stuff.

I dont have it myself so cannot tell you if it will add/remove components. Lots of guys on here have it so I am sure they will be able to advise.

Vaux com will communicate with this car and system but no programming facilities

These do need programing strangly a new switch fitted will show exactly the same symptoms until programmed
