when you switch on the ingition the headlights come on and a clicking noise comes from the bsi as if a relay is switching in and out fast there are no other faults and it is just the headlights no other lights come on. if you then switch on the lights the clicking stops.
i have diconnected both head lamps and removed fuses but has made no differance to the clicking I have dropped the bsi down but there is only one relay on the outside. is it possable to fit a second hand unit to test this cures the fault and program it the the doner car ray
