VAG timing belt tensioner #

Year of Manufacture *: 2004 onwards

I'm sure I've read messages on a thread on this site about problems with the VAG timing belt tensioners coming loose shortly after replacement. Something to do with different size bolt/nuts. Could somebody point me in the right direction please, i cant seem to find it.
