BMW second hand EWS? #

Year of Manufacture *: 2004

Hi

Was asked today if a 2nd hand ews can be re-coded to a rover 75 I didn't know so thought I would ask.
Can this be done does anyone know, or are they a once only fit?
If it can be done with BMW then Im guessing it should be possible with Rover also

do you have ews editor? then it can be done

Mmm ? As ews editor is not a phrase I have heard before, im guessing I dont have one!
What would it look like and ill have a good look behind the back of the sofa
