BMW E60 320d 2007 - Automatic Transmission faults, code 4E86 & 4E87 #

4E86 Solinoid Valve 3 (interlock)
4E87 Solinoid Valve 4 (shiftlock)
This car has been around the block already. I am told it has had a mechatronic unit, gear lever assy, and a gear pack fitted so far.
Main symptoms are Transmission stuck in 'P' unless you manually release it. then it remains in 3rd gear while in 'D'
I could really do with a Wiring Diag and a better discription of these fault codes before taking it any further.
