Vauxhall Zafira 1.8 2001 - Odometer fault, mileage shows as - - - - - - Unresolved #

Hi All
Have got a problem with the odometer. The trip mileage shows up OK but the total mileage just shows up as a row of - - - - - -
this happened after starting the car one morning
has anyone had this happen ?

This used to be a common issue and the fix was to remove a fuse for 10 seconds with the ignition on, but for the life of me I can not remember with fuse.

Hopefully someone will be along with a better memory

A battery disconnect and reconnection usually sorts this,get radio code first though

Fuse 22 is the fix but this will appen again fix is replacement cluster HTH

vehicle returned to customer and have not heard from him to do repairs
