Seat ibiza 1.2 2006 - Non starting, code 0522 #

Year of Manufacture *: 2006
( Optional ) Engine Code or CC: 1.2

I have a left hand drive Seat Ibiza towed in that will not start. I have managed to get a code of 0522. Can any one tell me what this code means.

Was it P0522 or 00522, the latter i would think.
Have you done any testing. What scanner ? engine code ?
