Peugeot 407 1.6 HDi 2004 - Fluid for the regeneration cycle #

Hi

Not a fault really. Just wondering if there is any fluid out there for the regeneration cycle rather than the main dealer fluid which in ireland costs around 60 euro a litre. Expensive when you normally have to put in 1.5 to 2 litres. If anybody knows of an alternative fluid i would like to know as we have got in a few lately that needed filling up.

Hi Liam

You can buy it from the dealer in a 3 litre container. Not cheap but better value than the 1 litre container.
I think about 130 euro last time I got it including filling kit. Thats from Jim Strang.

ECP Euro car parts sell it at about £20 a litre
