Vauxhall Corsa 1.0 2005 - 4 digit code required #

Year of Manufacture *: 2005
( Optional ) Engine Code or CC: 1.0 3 cylinder 10xep

Hi

I'm still stuck with this corsa, Ive managed to borrow tech 2 to play with for the weekend to try and reprograme the body control module. Does any one know how to get the security 4 digit code, the customer is not aware of it.

The security code is on the car pass which comes with the car when new. If lost a new one can be obtained by the dealer with the original details.
I think there is now a cryptoworks program that can extract / calculate the code but it is expensive for a one off.

With all due respect if you have borrowed a tech 2 to "PLAY" with, the reprogramming of a BCM may not be your best first step.

Get the 4 digit pass and perhaps find someone to guide you through the process.

Cheers mark thanks for the vote of confidence!But you are right I might end up taking it to the main dealer with my tail between my legs and admit defeat.

And vaux-com is as close to tech 2 as you'll buy, just doesn't allow you to flash program new ecu's but is well worth buying.
