Hi everyone. Does anyone here have the procedure for setting up the gearbox and clutch system on these vehicles? We are using DEC Super scan, the clutch has been replaced. It seems the clutch actuator is not travailing out far enough to allow the clutch to clear. The pressure is correct at 45 to 72 bar and if I place a spacer between the piston and fork the clutch will clear. I realise the fork assembly could be distorted but looking at the gauge of it,it seems unlikely. It would appear its a "learned" position from the previous clutch assembly that needs to be reset. Thanks Nigel.
