Ford Fiesta 2008 - Semi auto non start, code P0919 - Fixed #

Hi guys

I have a Fiesta with a semi auto gearbox that wont start says transmision fault on dash display my modis gives p0919 gear shift position control error in transmission module but dont have any data or actuator tests available on modis , has any one had any experience with these or delt with this code before or point me to any useful info

Helo Lee, I recovered a fusion a long time ago with a similar fault. The guy had tried to jump start it. I think the display was showing it in first or second though it was in neutral. It turned out to be a mini blade fuse under the bonnet- less that 2 amp I think.

I've had a couple of faults with these one of which i couldn't fix but the one i did manage was caused by a seized selectors on the motors.

Fixed #

Sorry didnt get time to post the fix yesterday but spot on lee siezed selector just to note couldnt access live data under fiesta but mazda 2 on same year gave me plenty of data easy fix when you can see whats goin on in the control module. why snap on make it available for one make but not the other i dont know but thanks guys
