Honda Civic1.6 2000 - Looking for main relay & inertia switch - Fixed #

Year of Manufacture *: 2000
( Optional ) Engine Code or CC: 1600 sohc

Hi all i am looking at at none start honda civic for a local garage.
they have fitted a new distributor.and now have asked me to have a
look . no spark or fuel. so at the moment have being looking for main relay and inertia switch. the last one i looked at was behind
Glove box but not on this one. i have also checked the fuse box on
Drivers side. and they are not there. does anyone no where they are

Hello Greg, I'm pretty sure there's no inertia switch on a civic, on earlier model's the main relay was behind the end cap of the dash on the passenger side but i've also found them behind the radio/centre console. Hope this helps, Alan.

Honda diagram shows inertia switch behind centre console and multi-function efi relay behind dash,drivers side,above pedal area.It is a basic 2 relay device on a pcb and often suffer dry solder joints.hth

Apologies for the poor information, thought they were behind the centre console as the rovers but info I had showed no inertia switch and main relay in dash, sorry again, Alan.
