Hi all Got the above vehicle in yesterday. The fault is switch the ignition on dash lights, wipers, windows radio all work. As soon as i start the vehicle the instrument cluster goes off and nothing else works, wipers, windows, radio, climate control nothing. Switch off ignition and back on and they all work again. I am using bosch kts interrogated the system and got faults in a few control units.
Engine 062 can signal from insrument cluster 125 can signal electronic star signal switch
ESP c1031 can message instrument cluster
Gearbox P2314 can communication with electronic ignition lock. P2315 can communication with instrument cluster. P2316 can communication with air conditioner control unit.
There are no faults stored in the electronic ignition lock or the instrument cluster. If i look in what the kts calls the EZS which presume is the electronic igntion lock there are no faults. If i look in live data when the key is in position 0 it says no until i turn the key a fraction then it says yes. Turn the key to position radio it says yes but also postion 0 says yes and not no, position 1 is the same. Am i right in thinking the position 0 should say no when its in position 1 and start position, other wise it will be giving conflicting signals. Sorry for the long post but it would be most appreciated if anybody else had any thoughts.
Kind regards Jamie

Hi all Got another look at this the other day. In my previous post i forgot to mention that in the front central electronics there was 2 fault codes. B1025 terminal 15 signal faulty B1032 terminal 15 signal improbable
Also when i turn the ignition switch to the start position and hold it there until it starts the fault occurs. When i just flick it to the start position it starts fine and the fault does not occur. In bosch esi it list power supply in plug A terminal 9 (+) and plug B terminal 2 (-) also plug B terminal 3 (+) and terminal 2 (-) all fine. Output terminal 15 plug B terminal 9 (+) and terminal 2 (-) thats fine too. I am thinking that the fault lies with the ignition switch but not 100% sure. Any thoughts would be most appreciated.
