Peugeot 206 2.0 HDi 2005 - Excessive brake travel - Fixed #

Year of Manufacture *: 2004
( Optional ) Engine Code or CC: 2.0 HDI

Car came in with excessive brake pedal travel almost to the floor.no fluid loss. removed all wheels and drums everything looks good.caliper slides not seized. wheel cylinders ok.typical master cylinder fault.replaced master cylinder and bled brakes several times but still very poor brakes.tried clamping off hoses to try and narrow it down but still the same.HELP

FIXED

We clamped off each hose at a time to try and narrow it down but still the same.we just kept bleeding system with engine running and all of a sudden brakes were good again.left over night and brakes still good.i have warned customer that if brakes fail again then we would have to replace abs pump.Thanks for advice.
