Peugeot 206 NFU 2005 - Cut out and will not start, codes 0550, 0336, 0350 - Fixed #

Hi All
Need Help, Initially Driving home, engine gave a brief stutter, followed by Anti pollution warning on display. then eml on & cut out. pulled over and restarted ok,Used car the next day and again on way home stuttered and cut out, now not restarting, towed in parked up over weekend. Code read with Sykes acr g2, got the following codes.
0550 unknown
0336 engine speed sensor, or circuit rpm
0350 ignition coil control 1/2.
Tried to start it to drive it in,and started ok, went to local shop first. stopped off, came out started okay but cut out, now no start,Went to tow it in 2hrs later, and it started first time,Decided to fit a new genuine crankshaft sensor,Started and ran ok, went for a test drive, gave a stutter after a few miles & cut out. towed back in,showing rpm in live data while cranking, Removed coil pack, and have found no live feed from fuse 15, remove fuse and checked for voltage only 3.5v, and no voltage when measured with fuse refitted,Can`t find any relay to feed this fuse, Now car stuck in economy mode, Can anyone help, with further testing i can do,
Sorry about long post but tried to cover all
Ps don`t have a scope only DMM

Hi John,
I think you can actuate the coil pack with the ACR. It's not much but it may help.

Thanks for the response, But the ACR has not got actuator test for the coil pack on this model, Hopefully someone has seen this situation before.

Hi John,

What IT system are you using for wiring diagrams ?

If we both use the same system them we may be able to get to the bottom of it.

Hi Mark
I am using an AD wiring diagram, which shows a feed from fuse 15 30 amp, under bonnet fuse box, Which seems to be fed from a relay, which seems to be an internal part of the fuse box.

Hi Mark Update
Did some more testing today, Seems that fuse 15,is only Live with initial prime (ign swith on) or cranking, or running, I was testing with just ignition on, Came out this Morning & after testing, Fired up and ran first turn of the key, I have had it running for Quite a while with no mishaps.I have wiggled tugged on many connections etc, but it has not cut out once, The only thing i have found was the coil pack connection was not fully clicked in, I am going to take it out this afternoon with my meter and acr to see if i can find what is dropping out.Will let you know,Seems i got it wrong maybe with fuse 15.

Hi
The Fix was the new crankshaft position sensor, The following problems was caused by not fully fitting back the coil pack connection, which had been removed on the initial testing, Customer has informed me it has been fine since.
