Nissan Micra 1.2 2003 - Central locking fault, tailgate opens when driving #

Hi
Can anyone assist with a wiring diagram and locations for central locking control unit.

I have a micra which opens the tail gate whilst driving...at the same time you can hear the door locks clicking.

Job for tommorow so any info appreciated.

Hi Simon,
As Campbell says, but also pull back the rubber boot in the taigate shut and check for broken wires.
If you find any my method is this:- I cut out the damage and shorten all wires to the same length, I then make up a six inch length of loom from extra flex test lead wire (RS components)and splice this in so that the joins are in the body and tailgate and all stress is placed on the new wiring.
