Peugeot 206 2004 - Dead BSI - Fixed #

Year of Manufacture *: 2004

Hi all looking for a peugeot wizz!!
Have a 306 in at the mo with a dead bsi tried the normal reboot but
no luck just a lot of clicking from the bsi. have a new one on order
so it will come blank,can it be recoded with a none gen p planet,clone if so can anybody advise of correct procedure as unable to connect it to the internet to down load files from peugeot

Peugeot whizz!! that would be Steve Fisher, can you see the ch. no in BSI ?

306?? I take it you mean 206? Have you checked the earth from gearbox and body?

sorry slip of the finger it is a 206 and I did check earths and also connected another pwr pack but still was the same none start,no lights,wipers or internal or external lights, but turns over fine?
I will look in archives though. thanks for info..

Need a bit more info like year the 206 has some big changes over the years,If its a newer one check the big fuse's under the engine bay fuse box and power to bsi from all ign switch wires.

Fixed earth wire spur from gearbox to body found broken, must remember to keep it simple!!! basic checks first..
