Ford S Max 2007 - Horn sounding continually #

Year of Manufacture *: 2007

Hi have a customer some distance from me who had a problem with the horn sounding continually, a good samaritan helped her by disconnecting the battery, solved problem with the horn, re-coded the radion but now she tells me the windows will not go up automatically as they used to, anyone any ideas please on how to reset the windows.

hi mark
try taking windows right down & holding switch down for 5 seconds then take window to top then hold switch up for 5 seconds,then it should work automatically,then repeat for all other windows
