VW Passat 1.9 BXE 2007 - Front and rear washer plus heater not working #

Hi there

We have a passat with front and rear washers plus heater inop, we have checked the wiring behind the o/s bumper to the washer pump for chafing but no fault found. We have no power to the fuses for the heater but not sure where the feed would come from BCM etc

If any one has any ideas we would be very grateful

I know its and different car but had the same fault with a 56 plate golf plus,after much searching a fuse in the underbonnet fuse box had been moved to another location it was a while ago but from memory it fed a central power supply/fuse box above the pedals and I had lost power to one of the relay pins,of course the customer when asked had'nt touched the fuses!
