Hi, all relays check ok in seat box and loom appears to be fine, will always start fine and rev for 2/3 mins then mil on and will not rev, or mil comes on immediately and will not rev, autodata wiring diag does not show extra red wire from throttle pot multi plug term `c` that goes to ecu pin 20 (not sure if joined to anything else) checked readings @ unplugged throttle pot multi plug on another td5 all same except this extra wire term `c` was 5v on good runner and on faulty vehicle reads 2.5v, wire checked ok for continuity and ground but reads 2.5v out of ecu pin 20 (didn`t see need to check at ecu on good runner) this makes me think ecu, but when multi plug connected @ thr pot reading is 4.5v? (goes down to 0.5v when pedal is fully pressed same as good runner) with only codes flagging relate to driver demand, haven`t looked too much today as two staff off (ecu is 311 retail) your thoughts guys? regards robnic
