hi john , done a few of these , last one this afternoon, they are awkward but doable in a couple of hours. i use a threaded puller in end of torsion bar , with plenty of heat on centre union. remove top shocker bolt and two bolts in trailing arm .remove circlip in end of torsion bar, then remove tosion bar with trailing arm together , have someone warming centre while other person uses puller to remove bar. once off car , use press to push torion bar from trailing arm, and plenty more heat to get sleeve from bush out of arm.fit new bush, then pull down on axle while pressing bush into end of axle(use hammer and brass drift) with small lug on arm aligned with weld seam on axle. once in refit bolts in arm fist, then shocker bolt , then refit torsion bar with plenty of grease on splines. good luck
