Car was finally towed to me this afternoon after giving up, the car wont turn over 12v out of ignition switch on cranking nothing to starter and immobiliser red light on clock flashing or should it flash with ignition on customer also said air con light on switch constantly on my ACR doesnt do immobilisers can they be tested without
